I've been running this Web site since 1997 and many of my customers have been with me since the beginning. I only serve Naples, Florida. I'm not trying to be the online rental king of the nation - just Naples.
My rates are the lowest.
At NaplesRentals.com, there's no contract to sign - service is month-to-month. I charge $24 a month ($288 a year). Each listing includes 20 photos, virtual tours via YouTube, detailed seasonal rate information, amenities and property description. And you get all of this from a Web site that has been dedicated to serving Naples exclusively since 1997.
And don't forget that service is month-to-month, so when you rent your property, feel free to suspend your property listing and re-activate it when you need to rent it out. Why pay for something when you don't need it?
So how does NaplesRentals.com compare to its competition? As of December 2009, my primary competitor is charging $329 a year for a listing with 12 photos on a site that does not focus exclusively on Naples but rather they service the entire United States and you'll have to sign a 12-month contract.
