Complete facilities were just added to the Club. Return from the beach and enjoy the heated, screened-in pool. Barbecue your favorite meal and dine poolside under the lanai. Pool area and back yard are completely private.
Our home is situated to the west of Crayton Drive...just a few doors from the water and directly between the upscale Waterside Shopping Center and the many restaurants, theaters, and art galleries of Olde Naples' 5th Avenue. You can walk to the grocery store, Panera Bread, Books-a-Million, Rita's Ice Cream, etc...
This three bedroom, two full bath, two car garage home has just been renovated and is new to the Naples' rental market as of August 2011. The master bedroom has direct access to the pool via sliding glass doors. The master bath has been completely renovated with a walk-in shower and double marble vanity. This is a split floor-plan, so the master bedroom is on the opposite side of the house from the other bedrooms, providing ample privacy, if you have children or guests.
The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has twin beds. An updated bathroom (with bathtub) is located off the hallway between these bedrooms. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs with cable.
The family room offers two full sofas, a brand new 43' flat screen television, DVD player, and work station. For your convenience, we offer WiFi, cable television, and weekend delivery of the New York Times. As well as, a selection of DVDs, books, and games.
The furnishings are tasteful and brand new...including, Bose Wave radios, a full-size washer & dryer, an oven, a dishwasher, a Weber gas grill, and an air conditioning system. The home is stocked with all necessary utensils, a coffee maker, a microwave, a toaster, a blender, etc. We provide beach towels, beach equipment, and beach chairs.
