Like new 2 bedroom / 1 bath condo, located on second floor. Gated entry. Reserved, covered parking. Both bedrooms & living room have view of fountain, lake, pool & clubhouse. (2nd bedroom has a desk, leather recliner & day bed) Heated Pool, jacuzzi, tiki hut, gym and business center (with 2 internet access computers) are with-in walking distance. Fully furnished. Even the beach towels and beach chairs are there! Laundry room with full size washer & dryer located inside of condo. Condo is 1015 square feet. Relax & enjoy!

Condo is located in North Naples. 2 and 1/2 miles East of Interstate 75 from Exit 111 or 7 miles East of Delanor Wiggins State Park (with beach).

No smoking or pets please!

(Included in monthly rates are county & state taxes, application fee, power, local phone service, cable TV & water) (Valet garbage pick up at front door / 5 nights a week)
