Enter through the front door, you are greeted to the living room which features a 60 inch flat screen tv with a satellite system and a dvd player. There is also a sectional couch that is a pull - out and a recliner chair, perfect for naps.

The dining room seats 6 and has beautiful views, through the sliding glass doors to the pool and bay.

The spacious kitchen is centrally located in the house and features a large bay window. The kitchen has plenty of counter~space and a built in desk area. The kitchen is fully equipped and has new appliances.

Adjacent to the kitchen is a breakfast nook, also seating 6 and a sitting area complete with a flat screen tv, sliding glass doors to the pool, and a bay window overlooking the water. There is a loveseat, pull-out sofa, and an oversized chair.

The master~bedroom has a king size bed, tv, and a private bath with a walk-in shower. The master~bedroom also features sliding glass doors, allowing private access to the pool.
