The master bedroom has a king bed, a large flat screen TV, DVD and sitting area with love seat and ottoman. The master bathroom has a large walk in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, chair, small TV, DVD player and small stereo. The third bedroom has a queen bed, chair, small TV, DVD player and a small stereo. The fourth bedroom has a twin trundle bed which also serves as a day bed/sofa. This room also offers a computer armoire with printer. High speed internet is provided.

The lanai has a large heated pool and spa which can easily seat 6. There are two chaise lounges and a double chaise, small dining table with two chairs and a large dining table with 6 chairs. There is a brand new pool cage and putting green for golf enthusiasts! The pool and yard offer total privacy with beautifully maintained landscaping. The owners have had the property professionally lighted, enhancing its appearance after dark.

Beach passes are provided. Your well behaved dog is welcomed upon owner approval. Sorry no cats as the owner is allergic. This is a wonderful vaction home located close to all Naples offers - beaches, entertainment, shopping, and restaurants.

Other location perks: Parkshore Beach - within walking distance. Naples is known as a premier golfing spot with over 100 championship courses. The Waterside Shops, which feature Nieman Marcus, Saks 5th Ave., and Barnes & Nobles, plus many other fine retail stores and restaurants are less than a mile away. Downtown Naples (Fifth Avenue) is only minutes away. Take a bike ride to the Naples Pier!
