February 1-April 30, 2010: $1400 per week, 10% tax, $100 per week pool heating, $150 departure cleaning fee.

May 1-May 30--$1200 per week plus 10% tax. $100 per week pool heating and $150 departure cleaning fee.

June 1-September 30, 2010: $1000 per week, 10% tax, $150 departure cleaning fee.
