This spacious condo has a split floor plan with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom suite has a comfortable Queen size bed, including dresser and night stand, cable TV, double shower with double sinks and large walk-in closet. Sliding glass doors in the master bedroom open out to the screened in lanai, which has an outdoor kitchen with grill, fridge and sink. The guest bedroom has a twin size beds, cable TV, has large spacious closet, and is located next to the guest bath. The living room leads out to the lanai, and, includes a queen sleeper sofa and a love-seat, coffee table and chairs and an entertainment center with cable TV. The living area provides a spacious place for relaxing and entertaining.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make breakfast, lunch and dinner. Dining facilities include bar stool seating at the kitchen and a breakfast room. Also a formal dining area, with table and chairs. Ceiling fans are provided throughout the condo.

A $500 security deposit is required, from this there would be a deduction of $150 deduction for cleaning the remainder would be returned on inspection of the unit. Plus taxes.
