This spacious condo has a split floor plan with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and new carpet throughout in 2011. The master bedroom suite has a comfortable Queen size bed, including dresser and night stand, cable TV, double shower with double sinks and large walk-in closet. Sliding glass doors in the master bedroom open out to the screened in lanai, which has an outdoor kitchen with grill, fridge and sink.

The guest bedroom has a twin size beds, cable TV, has large spacious closet, and is located next to the guest bath. The living room leads out to the lanai, and, includes a queen sleeper sofa and a love-seat, coffee table and chairs and an entertainment center with cable TV. The living area provides a spacious place for relaxing and entertaining.

Condo rates are a follows:

January - April $2500 per month
May - September $1400 per month
October - December $1800 per month
Plus 10% taxes.
Prices for 2011 - 2013 Monthly rentals only.

A $500 security deposit is required, from this there would be a deduction of $150 for cleaning the remainder would be returned on inspection of the unit.
