We are a short walk or cycle (owners bikes included for your use) to several of Naples finest beaches, as well as many restaurants, shops (including waterside shopping), grocery stores, churches and much more. This renovated, spacious villa is located WEST of 41 between Neapolitan and Seagate on a quiet street surrounded by mature trees, lush landscaping as well as orange trees on the property.

This spacious villa boasts 20 foot plus cathedral ceilings to add to the feeling of complete luxury. The villa is a very roomy 2,100 square feet under air plus large outdoor lanai and pool area. The villa has a dual zone air conditioning system, newer appliances, oversized master bathroom with large soaking tub, private swimming pool (southern exposure) with your own hot tub inside large screened in lanai.

Propane grill available for our guest use as well as free wireless internet for your laptop.

The kitchen is newly remodeled (granite counters) and fully equipped and stocked with dishes, silverware, cookware and everything needed to prepare a big holiday meal.

All bed linens, towels, including beach and pool towels included during your stay.

The master bedroom has a brand new king bed, second guest room has a brand new king bed and 3rd bedroom has a brand new queen bed. All 3 bedrooms have televisions and den has television with VCR and DVD player. Wireless high speed internet is included in this villa along with desk and chair in each of the 3 bedrooms.

The home has a private 2 car garage, with free use of bicycles and adult trike!

November 16, 2010 - December 17, 2010 is $1,150.00 weekly or $3,900.00 per month.

December 17, 2010 - December 31, 2010 is $1,800.00 weekly or $5,500.00 per month.

January 1, 2011 - March 31, 2011 is $6,500,00 a month.

April 1, 2011 - April 30, 2011 is $1,600.00 weekly or $5,200.00 per month.

May 1, 2011 - November 15, 2011 is $1,150.00 weekly or $3,900.00 per month.

November 16, 2011 - December 15, 2011 is $1,400,00 weekly or $5,200.00 per month.

* Rates are subject to 6% FL Sales Tax and 4% Collier County
Tourist Tax.
* Reservation / Security deposit of $500 required - fully
refundable within 2 weeks of your positive departure and
return of villa keys.
* Rates do not include $175 departure cleaning fee.
* No smoking.. Please do not rent our home if you are unable
to comply with no smoking rule.
* We regret that we are unable to accommondate any single
guests under the age of 25 without legal guardian.
* Monthly discounts already reflected in above listed rates.
* Electric pool heat is optional at an additional cost of
$6 a day plus tax.
* $35 fee to replace lost keys.
* $100 fee to replace lost remote garage door opener.
* Check in time is 3 PM EST, Check out time is 10 AM EST.
* Pet Policy - Small, well trained dog (under 25 pounds)
considered with $500 pet security deposit.
