Jan - $3,500 Monthly (2 Week Minimum)
Feb-March $3500(Only Monthly rental in Feburary & March).
April - $2,800 Monthly (2 Week Minimum)
May - October $1900 (2 Week Minimum)
November - December - $2800 (2 Week Minimum)
NOTE: The above rates would be in addition to a 10% bed/state tax, $100 cleaning fee, $50 Association Fee, $300 Refundable Security Deposit.
