Our large beautifully decorated villa is located on the upmarket gated community of Briarwood which is close to the many wonderful beaches of Naples.

The beautifully decorated light and airy lounge has a four panel sliding patio door which opens onto the pool area.

The Master bedroom has a King size bed, en-suite bathroom and large
walk in shower. The bedroom has access to the pool area through
sliding patio doors with wonderful views over the lake.

The 2nd Master bedroom with it's King size bed also has an en-suite bathroom/shower and looks over the lake area. Access can also be gained to the pool and large sun terrace through sliding patio doors.

The 3rd bedroom with it's 2 x single beds and 4th bedroom with 2 x double/full beds, both share the 3rd bathroom/shower.

All window/doors leading to the pool area are alarmed for your childs safety.

The large private and secluded extended heated pool and sun terrace is south west facing and is in the sun from early morning until sunset. A BBQ is provided for guests to use during those long warm evenings.

At night the pool area is beautifully illuminated with the wonderful lighting system from the lanai area and swimming pool.

High speed WI-FI is provided free of charge.

There are three sets of golf clubs and fishing rods provided for the use of guests to take advantage of during their stay.
